All you need are a few simple ingredients that you always have in the kitchen.
THE INGREDIENTS:
- 250g water
- 20g sugar
- 240g 00 flour
- 7g brewer's yeast
- 200g honey
- 30g anise
- Lemon and mandarin zest to taste
- Sugar sprinkles to taste
- Seed oil to taste
PREPARATION:
- Pour the water into a bowl and add the fresh yeast and sugar. Stir to dissolve.
- Add the flour and mix with a spoon until the mixture is smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 3 hours.
COOKING:
- Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the batter and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, add the honey, lemon zest, and mandarin, stir until boiling.
- Once removed from the heat, add the anise and dip the zeppoline.
PLATING:
