- 600g medium-sized potatoes
- Oil
- Salt
- Spices to taste
PREPARATION:
- Wash and peel the potatoes.

- Make sure the potatoes are well squeezed, then cut them into 8cm discs. Bake at 190°C in a fan oven for 20 minutes or in a conventional oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
