Potato fritters

INGREDIENTS:

  • 600g medium-sized potatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Spices to taste

PREPARATION:

  • Wash and peel the potatoes.
  • Grate them finely and season them in a bowl with oil, salt and spices to taste.
  • Make sure the potatoes are well squeezed, then cut them into 8cm discs. Bake at 190°C in a fan oven for 20 minutes or in a conventional oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
