The ingredients:

150 g of carrots

80 ml of seed oil

100 g chopped almonds or almond flour

100 g of icing sugar

200 g of 00 flour

2 eggs
-
1/2 sachet of instant yeast

Orange juice
The procedure:

Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them finely.

In a bowl, combine the 00 flour, ground almonds, powdered sugar, baking powder, and grated carrots. Mix well.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the seed oil and orange juice.

Combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ones and mix well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.

Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured muffin pan.
Cooking:

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until the Camille are golden and cooked through.
