
Spaghetti Omelette Recipe

- 200 g of spaghetti
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 80 g of smoked bacon
- Olive oil

The procedure:
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water, draining them al dente.
- Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the pancetta, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- If you prefer, add the spaghetti to the pan with the vegetables, mixing well and distributing them evenly.
- Then pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti, mixing gently to ensure it adheres well.
- Cover the pan and cook the spaghetti omelette over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
- When the omelette is golden brown on the bottom, turn it over with the help of a plate and continue cooking on the other side.
