Spaghetti Omelette Recipe

The ingredients:

  • 200 g of spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of grated cheese
  • 80 g of smoked bacon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

The procedure:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water, draining them al dente.
  2. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the pancetta, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. If you prefer, add the spaghetti to the pan with the vegetables, mixing well and distributing them evenly.
  4. Then pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti, mixing gently to ensure it adheres well.
  5. Cover the pan and cook the spaghetti omelette over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. When the omelette is golden brown on the bottom, turn it over with the help of a plate and continue cooking on the other side.
  7. Once cooked, serve the spaghetti frittata hot or warm, accompanied by a fresh salad.
