Ingredients:

  • 350 ml of milk
  • 250g pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of seed oil
  • 200 g of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1/2 sachet of yeast
  • Salt
  • Ginger powder
  • Cinnamon powder

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, egg, wine vinegar, and seed oil. Mix well until smooth.
  2. In a second bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, ginger, and ground cinnamon. Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Grease a nonstick pan with oil and heat it. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan to form a pancake. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Repeat for all the pancakes, adding oil to the pan if necessary.
