The "Pietrella Chef" stainless steel lid uses the principle of VENTURI HOLES, which, thanks to their position and shape, create an ideal heat exchange for low-temperature cooking of food.
The steam generated by cooking passes through the Venturi holes into the condensation cap, where it is collected drop by drop and reintroduced entirely into the food, allowing REFLEX COOKING at low temperatures .
All the nutritional and aromatic principles remain inside, during the cooking process, enhancing the flavour of the food.
Pietrella Chef adapts to any pan by taking advantage of multiple diameters and sizes , replacing fryers, barbecues, fan ovens, toasters and steamers.
The steam that comes out is clean and odorless.
